We are confident that your family will be proud of how our custom doors compliment your home. We know of no finer hardwood door available at any price.

Terms & Conditions

Return Policy: We at WOOD & Co. stand behind our product. If for some reason you should be dissatisfied upon receipt of your order, non-custom orders can be returned within 30 days for a complete refund less shipping costs. Returns must be received to our warehouse in North Carolina unused and in original condition for a refund. Customer pays return freight. A restocking fee may apply to unpackaged material. Terms of Sale: We collect a 50% deposit to reserve and manufacture your order. Prices are subject to change until the deposit is received. The balance is collected at the completion of your order and prior to shipping. There is a 25% charge for canceled orders. Lead times are typically 2 to 3 weeks for most items. Freight is prepaid. Unloading is arranged by the customer.

Privacy Policy: We protect your privacy. We do not use your personal information for anything other than completing your order. No information is given to any outside parties, except for payment verification, collection, and shipping purposes.
